At PILLARS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
